The following facilities located on the Glen Mor property are available to residents for meetings, parties, or other events:
• Glen Mor Conference Room (Glen Mor, C3)
• The Glen Mor Front Courtyard

Use of all Glen Mor facilities is controlled in order to help ensure that residents can equally enjoy them. Requests to reserve facilities for events must be filed with the Resident Services Office at least ten (10) days prior to the actual event.

Recurring events may not be scheduled more than one quarter in advance. Events may be scheduled to occur between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and Sundays or between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The resident who acts as the event coordinator will be responsible for the final condition of the facility. Charges for cleanliness and/or damages will be debited to the said resident’s Housing Account as deemed appropriate.
