The Resident Services Office (RSO) serves as a resource center for the Glen Mor Apartments in the delivery of many services and providing of answers to your questions. The following services are available at the RSO:
• Move-in and Move-out information
• General information about the hall, campus, and surroundings
• Mail distribution
• Emergency assistance
• Message service
• Key check-out if you become locked out of your room (call the RA on duty when the RSO is closed)
• Equipment check out (sporting, cleaning, cooking, tools, pool, ping pong)
• Maintenance and Housekeeping requests
• Lost and found
• Temporary meal access

You need your UCR Card and cardholder to check out RSO equipment.

Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

RESIDENCE LIFE STAFF
The Residence Life staff at Glen Mor is composed of the Assistant Director of Housing, Residence Life Coordinator—Judicial Affairs, Residence Life Coordinator—Event Manager, Area Director (AD), the Assistant Resident Directors (ARDs), and the Resident Advisors (RAs). The emphasis of Residence Life staff responsibilities lies in developing an atmosphere, which enables you, the resident, to excel academically and which provides you with the opportunity to participate and enjoy activities of social, cultural, educational, and recreational interest. To this end, the Residence Life staff schedule programs, events, and activities throughout the year and provide direct assistance---both of a Housing and personal nature---to residents during and after "regular business hours."

RESIDENT ADVISORS (RAs)
RAs hold one of the fundamentally important roles on campus and, as such, have undergone one of the most rigorous hiring processes and training on campus. As your peer, the RA is extremely approachable and always available. Because of their many hours of training, the RA is professional and responsible enough to assist you with maintenance and health emergencies, personal dilemmas, academic concerns and roommate conflicts.

Please consult posted signs at the Resident Services Office, the Glen Mor newsletter, for special RA Resident Services Office hours on holidays, during quarter breaks, and throughout finals weeks.

RESIDENT SERVICES OFFICE STAFF
The Resident Services Office Staff, with the exception of our student staff, are full-time professionals who provide direct service to students and the public, and are easily accessible to all Residents, Staff and Faculty.

The Glen Mor Resident Services Office Staff are here specifically to assist Residents with their needs to create the most comfortable living environment in the complex. If you have maintenance problems, get locked out of your unit, or want to check out available recreation equipment, these are the helpful people who can assist you.
