• Housing staff may enter your room for health and safety emergencies. Otherwise, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given in writing.
• In your absence, Housing staff may enter your apartment to silence noise (e.g. alarm clocks, stereos, telephones, etc.) that result in complaints from your neighbors.
• The UCR Police will be contacted to conduct search and/or seizures for suspected violation(s) of University policy, state or federal law(s).
