If you expect to have difficulty making your housing payment, contact the Resident Accounts Counselor (951.827.6350) immediately in order to discuss making alternative payment arrangements. Payment arrangements MUST be made prior to your account becoming delinquent and do not negate Late Fee charges. Only documented hardship (e.g. illness, financial aid difficulties, etc.) will be considered a legitimate reason for deferment of any housing payments.

First Payments cannot be deferred. Financial Aid recipients will need to make the $250 First Payment “out-of-pocket.”
